Breakfast was at 8am, so we got up and headed for food. After food we got changed and down to the beach we went. We pretty much sunbathed all day with Ellie, Becky, Michael and Dan! We all chatted and just chilled!

Dan and Michael were leaving the island today so at 2pm we said our goodbyes to them and off they went. We then went on a village trip. We had a few dramas with the boat to start with as it broke down just off shore and so we had to swop boats which was funny. And this boat was pretty broken too and so a what was supposed to be a  10 minute journey took about half an hour. Once we arrived we were introduced to our guide, Va. She told us a bit about the village and we then got to look around.

Good old Suretti!!

We saw their houses, their school, their church and their community hall. There were only 500 people in the village and so everyone literally knows everyone! They had also set out loads of jewelery for us to look at so we bought a few bits and Va also showed us her house and we met her cousins who were so cute! After seeing all this we headed back to Manta Ray and got back just in time to see an amazing sunset.

We then showered and went for dinner at 7pm. At 8pm there was a show for us on the beach. A local singing and dance group had come over from the village that we had visited and then did some dances and sang some songs for us which were so good. We then had pictures with them and they got everyone up dancing and they left at about 9.30pm. At 10pm not a lot was happening and we were very tired and so made our way to bed!

Missing you all xxx
