Day 93 - Lagoon!

We woke up at about 9am to the most glorioussss weather. So we got up and dressed, had some food and then set off. We first stopped off in Tribal Travel to book our tour to Cape Tribulation and and then we went over the bridge and to the lagoon! The lagoon is the wierdest thing, its a man made pool and beach but the pool has a sand base but is chlorine water and so its like the beach and sea but in land! Wierd but very nice and pretty. So we sunbathed for a bit and got lunch over there.

At about 3pm we decided to move from the sun and Lucy and Erin needed to go shopping for Emma's birthday present and so Emma went to see the mountain just outside of Brisbane. Lucy and Erin managed to get a present and thenw ent to use the internet. Then at about 5pm Lucy got a text from Emma saying she had missd the last bus home and what should she do? She was now stuck up a mountainwith no credit! So we asked in tribal and then rang her to tell her to walk down the mountain and get a bus at the bottom. Then at 6pm we rang again to ask her progress but she still wasn't on a bus and was close to tears. Then  at about 6.30pm we got a text saying she was on a bus. Then at 7pm she finally arrived back exhausted. So we went and cooked dinner and then chilled out for a bit.

At about 10pm we eventaully were ready and headed down to Down Under Bar with 2 girls from our room. We all sat and chatted and had a few drinks. But then the abr shut at midnight as it was Anzac Day and so no alcohol could be sold after midnight. So we all headed back up to the room and to bed it was!
