Ko' Olau Golf Course Day Three

Woke up again at O dark 30, however it was a perfect day!! We heard it was a snowstorm back home.. .So sorry!! We had another lazy breakfast at the house then headed off to Golf Digest's 2008 Most Difficult Golf Course in the Universe... Dun Dun Dun Dun..... Done  It's in the mountains of Kanehoe and pretty spectacular to be a part of.  We kept joking that were in the new filming of Jurassic Park because of the all the green overgrown gigantic palms and ferns and these really cool trees where the big leaves grew straight up to the sky.  Very cool!! It was unbelieveably windy but not cold.

Anyway - (and for all of MY friends I won't spend too much time on the actual golf) but Jerome got 10 Pars, 1 birdie and the rest no need to indulge, but he was really pleased with his game and had a total score of 82.  My father will be excited to know we played with 3 balls (lost 2) and found 7!! It was a really hard course but loads of fun and we had it mostly all to ourselves - so that was nice.  It was so quiet and peaceful.  Except there were mongoose everywhere (which I'd never seen until I got here) They are like long rat squirrel's with fangs and super short legs.  Nasty!! We were pretty tired - me from my expert advice and driving like a maniac and he of course from kicking butt on the green!

Nap time and now we went driving to find karaoke and free Wifi.  Where did we find free Internet you might ask?? At the Kmart of course.  Can't use your own laptop - Therefore no pictures for today yet - but all the computer time you want at the local Kmart.  Gotta love the Mart!!

Tomorrow we head out early - we are climbing Diamond Head, going back to Waimea Bay and the North Shore area, getting that Pinapple icecream and then to the Sheraton Waikiki for two nights of downtown fun!! It's all going so fast now... I'll upload pictures from the hotel!!
