Short but sweet trip to El Coco

My parents bought land here, so we visited to take care of some of the paperwork.

This is a great spot for surfers and scubadivers but I really didnt' get a good chance to appreciate it, possibly because it was raining and I spent half of the time there doing work in an internet cafe. I did some shopping (they have all of the typical beach type shops) and we went to a cool bar that shows movies.

The best part of El Coco was getting there from Manuel Antonio. There was a bad storm the night before (which is typical of July) so a tree fell across the main road and we had to go down the unpaved, rocky road that was the only road open. We weren't the only ones attempting this, and it was a one lane road in some parts. Very fun adventure on Costa Rican roads!
