HOLA, MIS AMIGOS!  WE HAD A SHORT JOURNEY TO MONTEVIDEO LAST NIGHT.  I HAVE BEEN SO BUSY THAT I AM ACTUALLY GLAD THAT WE HAVE A DAY AT SEA TOMORROW. IRONICALLY MONTEVIDEO IS FURTHER SOUTH THAN BUENOS AIRES.

WE TOOK A TOUR OF MONTEVIDEO THIS MORNING.  THE ARCHITECTURE ALTHOUGH MUCH OF IT IS CRUMBLING IS BEAUTIFUL.  THERE SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF REPAIR WORK GOING ON.  OUR FAVORITE BUILDING WAS THE CAPITOL.  IT IS OLDER AND PERHAPS LARGER THAN OURS.  INSIDE IT RIVALS WASHINGTON, DC WITH ITS 42 KINDS OF MARBLE... ACTUALLY AESTHICALLY IT IS MORE PLEASING TO MY EYE.

THE LONGER WE TRAVEL, THE MORE IN THE SHOPPING MODE I BECOME.  TERRY BOUGHT WINES AND A BEER YESTERDAY, AND I BOUGHT SOME SHOES MADE IN ARGENTINA.  TODAY I BOUGHT SOME BRACELETS FROM URUGUAY AND HE BOUGHT BEER AND WINE FROM URUGUAY.  I AM GLAD THAT WE WON´T HAVE TO CARRY HIS SOUVENIRS HOME... I MAY NEED HELP.

FISHBALLERS, HOW HAS THE ATTENDANCE BEEN?  DID WE WIN THE SUPER BOWL POOL (I NEED THE MONEY.)?  I AM OUT OF SHAPE AND OVERWEIGHT.  I NEED TO GUARD OB AND HIS CAST.  FISH

Fish, I hope that there will be enough room in your car when I pick you up! It looks like ME will need another bag or two. I am really amazed that you are still on board! Must be all the wine and beer, plus having those 80 year olds to beat up on. I will set up golf for when you get back. Looks like we may be able to win a few fish bucks due to your lack of play. Fish, Didn't win a nickle on the board, you better keep trying to win some money on the ship. Fishball attendence is poor, OB is still out, Ricky Seaver has been hurt, Jack is in Florida, Orey is coaching, Pete has been hurt, Brads got things going on with his kids. I have had a few non sanctioned players playing, we have had our runs though. Every Monday and Thursday I am on the phone from the minute I leave work till I get home to make sure we run. Can't wait for you to get home. (ha ha) The trip sounds fantastic. My daughter is a penguin freak, she would have liked to seen all those birds! Going to the county games tonight Brockport is 1-17 ouch!!! I enjoy the blog. I update the guys each week. Fred came down from the mountains and has been running with us. Talk to you soon. Rock

MaryEllen the blog is tremendous. I got caught up this (Sun) morning with a cup of coffee and a very rare thing..time on my hands. I hadn't been on for awhile and this is better than a good book. Fish, it's obvious kickin ol guys butts in bean bag toss just doesn't satisfy your competitive juices. I figure any day now your're gonna go after one of those indiginous bums that seem to migrate to you on land just for the competition!. We miss you too, I see Rock updated about Fishball..can't believe he let the cat out of the bag about unsanctioned players. (he's really doing a good job and the new guys are just fine). Here's something that will kill you...we did the great Guiness toast with Hawk at the Tavern Friday night! Boy, that Guiness was good! Happy sailin! Sammy
