Tyler and I headed to Kyoto by, again, Shinkansen. Our hotel room was really nice and right across the street from something that looked important. haha i forget what it was, but it had big gates and nice decorations for the new year. oops. we didn't go there, obviously. haha
Instead we went to Kinkakuji, Ginkakuji and the Toji (but it was closed by the time we got there). It rained all day long. It wasn't fun walking in the mud, but we got some nice pictures. We rode the bus to get to most of the places.
Golden poop for everyone!
Kyoto is a beautiful place to see some of old Japan. We also found a shop and bought Cohibas here. Oh, wonderful Kyoto.
