Day 3 in London

Today we got up early and had breakfast at the Pomelers Rest Pub, so we could use the internet.  We then walked around to the London Dungeon.  We got into the Dungeon and it was very dark.  We only got into the first room and Lexie was too scared so we had to get out.  She did enjoy the gift shop though!  Next we walked across Tower Bridge and went all through the Tower of London.  We walked all through the castle and towers.  We saw the Crown Jewels.  We had our photo taken with a Beefeater.  We saw where Queen Anne Boleyn was beheaded on the tower green.  We visited the Anchor Tap pub for lunch under Tower Bridge.  After this we went back to the hotel and picked up our baggage, we had hired a car to drive to our friend's house down south, so loaded up and left at about 1500.  The drive took about 2.5 hours and was very painful because Lexie sang Yo-Ho (the pirate song) all the way there.  We had a beautiful dinner with Bev & Debbie and then went to bed.
