India: Matheran> Mumbai

Our plans for an early start were abandoned due to a lack of sleep. We walked the 2.5 km to the car park and took a taxi to the train station in Neral. Once back in Mumbai we checked into a nice but expensive hotel. Although the facilities were good, especially the hot shower, I didn't like it. The staff seemed to expect a tip for everything and it just made me feel uncomfortable. I would rather stay somewhere cheaper and do things for myself.
