Brisbane and Surfers Paradise

From Noosa we went to Brisbane city for 4 days where it lashed rain and wind so really was like being at home ;-( ....Met u with Emer though so that was great to see a friendly face from home and catch up ...other than that Brisbane itself is a bit of a non event really , not much to do and no one around the night life scene so i would really say all in all it could be skipped on the east coast! It was handy to be in a city for the rainy weather as we found some indoor activities...well ok a brewery tour and a trip to the cinema ..enough said !! From there we went to Surfers Paradise on the other hand which is extremely cool. Mental night life and gorge beach but with sky scrapers all around. I had met a girl (gemma) in townsille up the coast and met up her again in surfers. She all the way from county Caaavan so we are hanging out a good bit now and she is working her way to sydney too so we are gonna live together - yippee i have a friend in Sydney! ;-)
