Ok. So I have skipped over our day in Berlin yesturday. I am definatley getting behind in these entries and I'm not sure how much time I have left I have on the rest of this internet to get this entry done. OK. So alot has happened in the past day and quite a few times I swore to stop writing in this thing because I did not have the heart anymore to tell what I had been doing. It has been awhile since we've travelled I told you, so our family hasn't been together together for a loong time. And I think this is why things have been irritable. Well for me at least, cause I am that person in my family. But that is because no one listens to me and I am ALWAYS right. always. I'm not even just saying that. It's happened probably 10 times in the past two days and I want to say I told you so! But I am in a great mood right now because I had a long shower, a good meal, and yeah! So Berlin... we decided to go on a walking tour because we really didn't know what to go see in Berlin. It was fabulous. Our tour guide was very informative and quite funny, although sometimes I kind of thought it bordered a little bit on rude. But we went to these wild places that had to due with WWII and the Cold War like Hitler's bunker and the Berlin Wall. It was very... cool I guess you could say. But like I said, I don't have much time so I won't go into much detail. You can see how my entries are getting much shorter hey? So anyways, what was supposed to be a four hour tour ended up being six!!! It was very long. THEN SOME GIRL BROKE MY CAMERA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eye yie yie. It was the very very very end of the tour. I wanted to get a picture of the Brananburg Gate so as I brought it up to my eye, she knocked it out of my hand. It fell on the cobblestones but I didn't look at her or anything, or think anything was wrong, so I just picked it up and took the picture. However, when I went to turn it off, it wouldn't close! Turns out, the lens hhas been crookedized ( like my word? ) and now it can't take pictures! Trip from Hell!! I was so upset. Man. So now I might not be able to get pictures up here. But we can take stills on our video camera and luckily my mom has her big good one. So today we drove to Cologne. That was a semi-bad car ride. We stopped at a gas station though, and everything was sensored! The toilets even cleaned themselves! So wild. But they don't have ice cream sandwiches in Europe. Hm. But yeah, when it comes to giving directions my dad and I end up arguing, and then we're both mad, and then we're fine 10 mintues later until the next direction needs to be given. So we got to our hotel, and its a Sheriton, and it is veeeerrrry nice. Kas and I got a suite so we have a huge sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, big bathroom, and a walk in closet. Now why we would need one of those I have no idea. But it's quite nice and I feel very relaxed. We just walked around for a bit, got dinner (every night we've had italian food for dinner, tonight we finally had german. Let's just say that I LOVE SHNITZAL! pardon my spelling once again) and tomorrow we might be driving to the country and looking at some castles. Woo!! I'm excited for that. But I should probably be done sooo I will upload photos and go to sleep!
