Hey guys, short entry for today because I don't feel like being longwinded, and I've gotta get some pics posted and I have to run some errands, and I haven't eaten yet today and all I want is a pomegranate.  Hey lady K, you were right, pomegranates clearly are good for balancing my Kaffa because now that I've had them, I crave them.  Which is terrible, because they're a pricy fruit.  But oh well.  I can afford fruit.  I'm not a student anymore, anyways.

Sorry my last posting was so rediculously random.  It was rather a stream of consciousness email I think.  So anyways, its the New Year in Korea, and it won't be in Canada for another 40 minutes.  That's weird.  Its weird that the new Year happened for me way before you!  Well, not way, but I was only three hours after Sydney.

my New Years resolution (I know, I hate those too) is to think less and do more
Here's a pretty tree, right in the driveway of my apartment building. We got out of work really early this day because of the snow. The whole city shut down! It was funny!

I had a good day yesterday.  I strangely ended up playing soccer with a bunch of brits and irish men and two Canadians.  Plus, Kim me and Kim's friend Rob.  Kim and I were the only women.  You know I thought that I wasn't going to have fun, but my New Years resolution (I know, I hate those too) is to think less and do more, because I tend to overanalyze to the point of paralysis.  So once I just let go of my hangups and let myself have fun I really did.  It was a lot of fun.  And the cute Irish men didn't hurt a bit either... hehehe...  I tried to explain to my father that an accent can take someone from being a six to an eight, and he said, "That's kind of shallow isn't it?" And well, yes, it is, but its also fact.  You would be hard pressed to find a North American woman who didn't agree.  Find one for me and I'll be shocked.

This is Kim and Julia, who is Australian. This day was her first snow storm and first snow fight as well!

Later we went out for Galby for dinner and then we went to Elvis afterwards, which is the foreigner bar here.  There were many foreigners there, and it was fun.  We drank, we danced, we counted down.  That's the point right?  That's what New Years is...  For those of you who were at Angus' for New Years last year, that one was my favourite.  That was a great party.  I think we were up until 5:00am that night.  Except for Mel who checked out early. hehehe... Anyways, that's about all for today, but I'm finally going to post some pics!  hooray!  It makes the sight much more attractive when I do.
