After a small sleep in and a Western style brekkie on West St we spent most of the day shopping! I must admit I had some fun bartering for the different products. Especially one guy where we spent a good 15minutes exchanging prices for a number of different bronze statues. In the end my price rose by about 5% and his dropped by 45%, it was good fun! It was also amusing when we went to get a scarfe from the same stall we got the others a couple of days ago. Today the guy tried to charge 50 instead of 20, quite amusing. He had a good laugh about trying to rip us off once he found out we had already bought some earlier.

One of the highlights for me was a little old lady who tried to sell us some touristy stuff at brekkie. When she realised we weren't interested she checked to see if any worker was around and when the coast was clear she slyly slipped some of our sugars into her basket followed  by a shhhh ... it was a classic.

In the afternoon we were lucky enough to find a nice 'Elephant Walk' style place where they made delicious milk teas. If you are ever in Adelaide do try the Elephant Walk, it's on Melbourne St. Anyway, back to China. Today we also participated in a Chinese cooking class which included a tour through the local markets. We each had our own little wok and cooked up 5 small dishes. After the cooking class I actually got accupuncture on my Achilles. I don't really think it helped much but it was interesting as I had never had accupuncture before. We finished the evening with some yummy tea at our little hideaway. Time to sleep as we have another day or riding tomorrow and it turned out to be one hell of a ride!
