My entire family drove to Chicago on June 9 to spend a few days at mysister Libby’s apartment before John and I left on our trip. I made sure we ate at Giordano’ Pizza Place so I could have the stuffed pizza I loved to order during college. Libby drove John and me to the airport on June 11. We took the dogs, Max and Paneer along. I cried when we left seeing Paneer’s face through the window wondering why we weren’t getting back in the car….Libby assured me she would take good care of him and she has confirmed by email that he is doing well. Max and Paneer wear each other out playing together.
