Final Leg of my Trip

From Ada I hit the road and traveled three plus hours South to Dallas, TX.  Not too fond of Dallas, but I was eager to see my friends.  Josh and Angel are friends of mine from my formative years at the University of Tulsa.  Josh is a professional drummer and Angel is working on her masters in piano.

Once I found Angel's apartment, we headed out for a few drinks at the St. Libertine bar.  I tried some really dark beer called St. Bernardis - not bad.  We heard some live music down the street, but judging by the ability of the band to cover the song Cocaine, we decided to pass.

The next morning, Angel made some great pancakes with her immense selection of cooking utensils (a fork).  And I was off, back to Tulsa to spend the remainder of trip with my family before heading back to LA.
