Day 5 Air Force Academy, Garden of Gods, and Manitou Springs

Day 5 of our tour lead us south from Estes Park to beautiful Colorado Springs. The group toured the Cadet Chapel (amazing beauty!) and then shopped in the visitors center. The next stop on the tour was Garden of the Gods which is a beautiful collection of red sandstone rocks near Pikes Peak. After driving through the Garden we shopped until we dropped in Manitou Springs. Great town with great stores! Later we arrived at our Radisson Hotel in Colorado Springs for the evening and had dinner at a wonderful restaurant next door called "Solos". Solos is built in and around an actual plane! We sat in the plane and ate nachos!! Heavenly! Attached you will find some pictures from the day. Dylan continues to have great days!
