Yes we know its not that Copacabana, but it still sounds as good.
Our introduction to Bolivia was quite serendipidous. Meaning the sleepy little lake town was awake to the sounds of music. We just happened (again) upon a typical South American Christian carnival in the making, they blessed even the cars. We enjoyed it alot.
