In the beginning...

We are currently living in Yelm, and looking to relocate to New Zealand.

My husband is a journeyman carpenter, and we understand that it is a profession in high demand right now.

So, we're filling out our EOIs and getting our passports in order. We've responded to several advertisements online (www.nzherald.co.nz) and at different city council websites.

We've done a lot of praying and seeking God's will for this, and it seems as though the doors are flying opening. There has been some opposition, but it clearly is from the enemy in an attempt to derail or discourage us.

We are currently awaiting a bonafide job offer so we can proceed with our work visa. A lead for a local job recruiter has been followed up on, and we'll see what shakes loose.
