Rome is beautiful, Roman people are awful!!!!

When we arrived in Rome we had two danish girls that we met on the boat who ask ed us where we stay. They asked us if they can come with us. So we went the four to th ehotel. We had to go to a bar (it was a chinese family) and we went after to the apartment. It was alright at the first floor but the room was really small for 6 people. I think there wa ssome kind of insect inside the covers because it was a bit dirty. There was a really good restaurant at the bottom of the building. There was  amenu at 11€ with drink, two main plates (most of th etime the first one it is pasta and the second one is meat or fish). We went to have a dinner there and it was good. The day after we woke up early and we went to the bar when we had a small breakfast (one pastery and one drink). After we went for the coliseum. We were on the queue when I saw a guy who wanted to try to go in front of everybody without doing the queue. When it arrived my turn, he tried to go before me. He was not disappointed. I started to shout and said "what the hell are you doing? Where do you think you are? He said "no I have priority.I work for the Italian ministry. I said "I dont give a shit of your italian ministry, i am french and i do not see that it is written that you have priority." And he said " ok ok I don t care, ill go after you" I said " you do whatever you are but do not go in front of me, I am sure that you re just the guardian of the italian ministry". The guy who were at the ticket office was laughing. I took the ticket and we went inside. It was really interesting but a bit expensive for what it was. After that we walked for some ruins and along the city (there was so much things that I am not sure of waht we saw but just have a look on the photos and you ll see) We wanted to take a sandwich because it was lunch time. We went to a kind of bar and we asked for two sandwich and one coke. The girl said that the sandwich cost 2,5€. We said ok and she said "just sit down at the table ill prepare it. We said ok and we waited at the table expecting that she would give it to us so we can walk off the restaurant. But she went with a plate and the two sandwich and the coke. So we decided to eat it at the table. We asked the waiter to know how much is it for all because we wanted to leave. He looked at our face and our table and said 10€. we said "WHAT?". I told him tha tit is not normal because the sandwiches costs 2,5€ so 5€ in total and I said that i do not think that the coke cost 5€. He said not the coke cost 1,4€ and the table 3€. I just freaked out. "I said first of all 5e more 1,4€ more 3€ it is not a total of 10€ and secondly nobody told us thatwe had to pay for the table. We just wanted to have a sandwich to take away but the girl give it to us at the table. He said as a fuking dichead he was "if you dont want to pay" so everybody can hear it. Fran got mad and told me to go away and not to pay. I said that i wanted to pay and I paid just 6,4€ ANd the guy was so arrogant italian way i just wanted to kill him. but we went away. We walked and it was really nice streets and places and monuments. We arrived to the Vatican when we saw the famous place and the Pope Balcony (but the pope was not there). We walked along the Vatican and we went to its museum. It was the same cost as the Coliseum but it was just marvollous. I have never seen so much beautiful things. Just incredible. I advice to go. So we were there for one or two hours. We seen the famous Sixtin chapel. It wa sincredible (unfortunately we could not take picture of it. After that we walked more but I was really tired and we took the metro. It was really old the metro. <i am not surprised that few months after we were there there was an accident with the subway. We arrived at the hotel. We went for dinner at the same restaurant (why cahnging it wa sgood). I was tired so I decided to go back to the hotel and to sleep (my back hurt). BUt Fran the courageous went for a walk on the night. He saw the trevise fountain... I am a bit sorry not to have go. THe day after I woke up early so we could go to the fountain trevise and to see some other places. THe truth is that we did not have the time to see everythng because it is just a beautiful city (even if the roman are awful). We bought some souvenir (there was a lot of fake shirt for football). and we went back to the hotel to go to take the train to go to FLorence.
