Paris - Day 2: Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees

So today was an easy day...

We started with the Eiffel Tower. The ride to the top was amazing and the view of Paris from high in the sky was breathtaking. For those of you with a fear of heights, this isn't the site for you ;)

Afterwards we walk to the Arc the Triomphe and of course, to see what interesting stores they had on l'Avenue des Champs Elysees.

We walked up through the Trocadero and stopped in at a little café for lunch. It was in this establishment that Tracey discovered the "croque-madame" and was also converted to the "kir". We then made our way to the Arc de Triomphe and walked up and down the famous fashion avenue. Needless to say, that in most of these stores we couldn't even afford a keychain!!!
