Arrive in Amboise at 7pm. Checked into a hotel close to the station for the night. Began the next morning with a visit to the historic Bigot cafe (expensive chocolates, hot chocolate&croissont better than your average cafe, very nice to sit, and hey it's recommended by Rick Steves). Walked down its nice pedestrian only street lined with shops. Visited Chateau Amboise which was lovely (I dig castles and anything historic). Probably more but I don't remember ;)
