I went back to Alaska to refrigerate, woops! I mean, recouperate. Mainly it was to remind me what "real mountains" look like. On the way home, driving down the Sterling Highway south out of Anchorage through Turnagain Arm, weaving in and out of the Chugach Mountains, the view looks like this:
