An incredible sight. Row after row of the warriors re-assembled from their fractured state and re-installed in the pits where they were found. The scale of it beggars belief, as does the size of the ego of the emperor who ordered this massive undertaking. Some lovely artefacts including the chariots which are in a separate display in the museum.
Getting back to the bus via the hordes of people selling gifts was a touch and go experience.

Went for a massage in the evening. Lots of prodding and wrenchng of limbs. "Relax " she kept saying. "Fat chance", I thought. The foot hammers were quite nice though.
