We happened to pass by after a fishing boat returned for the day and they were feeding rays! Every now and then the feeder would forget and almost lose his foot to the hungry ray!

San Pedro was bustling with rastas and off the beaten path tourists.  There was a LOT of activity all around us...kite surfers, windsurfers and charter boats taking people diving.  We walked around town, which is only three long streets and enjoyed best the section of beach near Ramone's Restaurant and Lodging.  A man found us on the street and offered us another day at a resort!  So we enjoyed another day of pampering at Captain Morgan's.

Hello, I am planning a sailing trip to Belize next March. I was wondering if you could tell me how crowded Ambergris and Caulker Cayes are, and how damaged the reef is really over there. We have the option of picking up the boat in Placencia, but that seems adding complexity to our short trip!!! Thanks
