4 or 5 hours on another bus and I arrived in Tanah Rata. After so long on an A/C coach I didn't notice that the climate was considerably less oppressive. In fact, it gets a little cool at night which is wonderful after weeks of sweating 24 hours a day.
This place is great for relaxing. Dorms at Father's Guest House are 1.30 pound per night! Basic but who cares?
