Departed this morning early...earlier than expected, actually.  Must remember to re-set the clock IN THE CAR at the same time I reset my watch.  I kept wondering why it took so long to get to Nashville!

After a brief stop to take a pic of the Grand Ole Opry, I pressed on to Memphis to visit Graceland.  Thanks to SIRIUS radio's "All Elvis" channel (which actually broadcasts from Elvis Presley BLVD in Memphis) I had plenty of good music to put me in the mood.  Graceland is NOT worth the price of admission, but it is worth seeing if you really like Elvis' music; just seeing all the gold and platinum record awards lining the hallways makes you really appreciate how prolific he was.  And no, you do not get to go upstairs and see the place where he died!
