Bogota For the Last Time

Our last week in Bogota (and Colombia for that matter) was spent drinking and partying pretty much every night with a couple of days off.

Went to an Israeli trance party which was interesting to say the least and also went and had a look at the police museum which had a great little section on Pablo Escobar which contained loads of his personal items including personalised silver plated pistols, a great big Harley and more.  At the end of the tour we even had a cup of tea with the head of the department who was a funny 70 year old man who is the longest serving officer in the Colombian Police Force (I believe the next oldest is around 23 years old due to the high mortality rate of Colombian Officers).

That was it for Colombia and have to say it was pretty sad when we left the hostel for our flight to Rio.
