sports fever

Watched "Coach Joe"'s Vikings play ice hockey. 5th graders on ice. Lots of falling, some hockey. You can tell which parent belongs to which kid because if a kid falls, the parents laugh.

Did the local thing and got a feed in town before the big (basketball) game. Madison downtown was filled with people sporting W's and wearing red and/or white.

Wow. Holy Crap people are sports crazy and patriotic!

Worn out by watching sport, we didn't make it ice skating ourselves. Instead we sat at home playing Apples to Apples (a Madison created game) and Cranium and ate pizza.

Holy crap I've so got to do something physical tomorrow. It's been bloody fun hanging out with the girls again though.
