Enjoying the U.K.!

Went to play tennis with Barbara and a couple of her friends. It was a great afternoon. And, I held my own against them! Thank god...it's been a few years!

I travelled from the East side of London (Illford) to the South-West side (Guilford) where I met up with my dad's cousin - Barbara and her family. Barbara is Agnes' daughter (which I just met a few days ago in Northern England!)They were very hospitable and I had a chance to check out the English countryside which was lovely. London has many suburbs - and Guilford is a suburb - about a 45 minute train ride from a central London station - but close to lots of green areas. So, we went for a few walks and had the chance to get out and play tennis as well. The weather was quite nice as well and very fall like. Which was nice since I missed it back home. It was nice to get myself sorted out here before I took off for Berlin as well! I even got to stash a few items there as I will be spending Christmas with the family. I am looking forward to meeting up with them again.

So...I've discovered I'm not related to David Beckham!
