The Final Day

Well, we packed up our suitcases, checked off the boat, and caught a city bus towards Waikiki Beach.  We had a whole day to kill since our flight was not until 9:45 that night!  This situation wasn't that appealing since we had nowhere to store our luggage.  Lunch was acquired at Cheeseburger in Paradise while in Waikiki. After that we lounged at a park until the evening and strolled down to a thai restaurant for dinner.  The employee's were gracious enough to store our luggage in a remote room while we ate.

We arrived at the airport via cab and with mild irritation began jumping through the airport obstacle course.  The flight was without incident, and our arrival into LAX  was just in time for morning rush hour!  When I finally made it home to my own bed, I only could afford a few hours of sleep since I had to drive down to Hollywood for a gig that night...  (I will sleep soon...)
