Arrived at 3:30 p.m., and got motivated enough to run around Lake Hood, which I think is about a 4-mile perimeter.  The last time I ran around the lake was in 2002, and I did it a lot faster and much more gracefully.  Right now it's about 10:20 p.m.(sunset is shortly before 11 pm), and it's bright as day.  Morning meeting at 8:30 - we will be covering Listening Skills Training.  Time for blackout curtains and Tylenol p.m.

I remember the days when we used to jump into a car to ride 6 blocks to get to high school. Much loftier exercise goals today!
