Aix is a beautiful small town in the south of France that has large, moss covered fountains that can be seen along the main blvd in the centre of town and many outdoor cafes that serve wonderful caffe au lait day and night. Soon after arriving in Aix, I realized I was not feeling well. At all. My muscles were incredibly sore and I had developed a painful cough. Nevertheless, I headed to Italy a few days later with my friends. First stop, Florence.
