The dreaded last day had arrived. The mission of repacking the packs, cleaning the tents and emptying the car was now upon us. We had our last dinner of spaghetti (again), had the luxury of throwing out the pot rather than clean it and despite our unwarranted persecution from the local RV community we donated our miniature footballs to some children.

Our driveto Strasbourg was short along the autobahn and despite the mood being that of exhaustion we summons up the energy to look around. The city itself was surprisingly vibrant and beautiful. We spent the day gently coffeeing and strolling before window shopping and doing some more strolling. At 7pm we dropped the car back at Entzheim airport and awaited our flight back into London.

Overall Les Bleu deux had served us well for over 7,800 kilometres. With five drivers over 9 countries it proved to be the backbone of the tour and was to be sorely missed. Back at the airport our Ryanair’s flight was delayed by over an hour (surprise, surprise!). With an already late arrival time scheduled, an evel later arrival promised that we'd spend the equivalent of our entire Europe trip budget on a taxi back from Stansted Airport.
