it was a late night last night, very late.  I am feeling a little fragile this morning and all the duty free vodka has disappeared.

It was the steady rain beginning in the afternoon that continued all night that drove a large group of us to turn to the bottle.  It was fun all the same and it made me feel as though i am on a holiday.

So i woke up to rain this morning yet again but i will be having a dry day that is for sure i think it is also better known as detox. I was kind of glad for the rain but everyone is feeling a little bit of cabin fever.  We are all praying that there is a little hole that might open up at the right time maybe tomorrow. I must say i love this whole internet deal, i have included a nice hungover picture of me for all of you out there, note the nice dark circles under and around the eyes.  And also included a view from my bed as i write this travel diary, with the wireless hotspot here i have not had to get out of bed to do any of this!!

Wow it truly feels like a great lazy holiday, if only i could try to ignore just how much money this little lie in is costing me hmmmmm...that thought is a little dark and depressing so look at the pretty view from my bed!!!! Well worth it don't you think???!?

Well Charlotte convinced me to get off my a$$ and ride a bicycle into town after lunch.  Yep it was wet and cold but we got some great photos of otters including a mummy and her baby and had a nice coffee at the bookshop in town.  This has given me the guilt free pass to a nanna nap this afternoon and my eyes are getting heavy as i write this looking across the rainy orca bay.
