A Few days in Dar

Rod: Dar es Salaam est une grande ville de bord de mer, voila c'est à peu près tout, je ne vais pas vous raconter son histoire, cela serait rop long, et surtout...... je ne la connais pas trop donc, pas la peine.  Ici on va s'organiser pour aller a Zanzibar.

Sophie: Oui, pas très beau Dar Es Salaam et très très bruyant car il y a des générateurs tous les 2 mètres, c'est incroyable, j'ai même sérieusement pensé  me ballader avec mes boules quies...Imaginez notre tête quand notre premier matin, on a été reveillés à 6h du mat par un bruit comme un  motoculteur à côté de l'oreille...ce n'était autre que la mise en route quotidienne du générateur de l'hôtel....L'horreur!!! Mais bon, ambiance plutôt cool tout de même...

Rod: Dar es Salaam is a big coastal town, and... this is it, i am not going to tell you its history, it would be too long and above all  i don't know it well, so pointless.  From here we got organise to go to Zanzibar.

Sophie: Yes, nothing special in Dar, not a very nice city and extremely noisy as there are generators every metre, it's unbelievable, I did consider to walk around with my ear plugs...Imagine how we felt on the first morning when we were woken up at 6 am by a huge tractor-like noise which was just the normal time for the hotel generator to start! Otherwise, good atmosphere in Dar, quite relaxed...
