As if this day could not get any better....we went to dinner at Solo's Restaurant.

Too funny! We ate dinner inside of a refueling airplane that has been converted into a dining area. Tons of pictures follow!

Did they actually allow you and Adam up front, or did you "sneak" up there for some great photo opportunities???:) This looks like so much fun, and boy, will Adam ever have some cool memories of this trip!! Have fun at Pike's Peak!!

Pictures are too cute! And it's only 8:30 am here, but I'm ready for a big plate of nachos after seeing those pictures. If Wendy can't build Adam a plane, at least he got to eat in one:> I'm so glad you found this blog!

Yeah!! glad they had that plane nailed down - not sure if I would be more afraid of the navigator or the pilot! if you get a chance, check your charter email - sent the train pic there!! xoxo

This has got to be one of the coolest restaurant ever!!! I hope that the plane was anchored down well since you got near the controls--talk about a rough flight!! Glad to see you having fun!
