It was short walk to Place St Sulpice and the Ceramics Fair which was the initial aim of this whole Paris visit. 90 potters from around France (and a couple of other countries) gather to display and sell their wares. As a recovering ceramics collecting addict, I have to be careful at events like this and sure enough .., work by Catherine & Bruce Gould was so captivating that only the high prices prevented me from buying something.
