And yet another reunion between the four hooligans. Tiffany came in on Thursday night and there was much time wasted just hanging about. On Saturday we eventually wandered out to Derby to check out the National Park. However, we left a bit later and so we had to ditch the idea of trekking about the moors and cascades, and settle for scoping about the town.
We got there and Derby was a cute, if lightly toursity area. Some very cool old pubs that may have been good but we found something much, much better: A chinese buffet in a cathedral.

'Now a chinese buffet in a cathedral?!?', you ask. Yes. It was that random and amazing. There were blue lights all inside, decorating the trees and illuminating the entire space. Flat screen tvs were all along the wall, playing the oddest moments of the Japanese spoof-show, MXC. Now in the background, Coldplay was being churned out to produce a mellow mood that somehow went with everything that was coming at you. Delicious asian food was laid along one side and the best---and most AMAZING---part of the entire restaraunt was how the desserts were displayed. Now, remember where the alter is in a church, and how there are mosaics of Jesus up on the back wall, all saintly-like? Well, two ginormous chocolate fountains, mountains of cheesecake, ice cream and candy were sprawled out at the feet of Jesus, surrounding him in gastronomical delight. It was seriously my kind of heaven.

Little can be said about how much we ate at this buffet. We ate our money's worth through three main plates and at least four trips to the dessert paradise. They had to roll us out of the restaurant.
