Our first experience of Gratz was the evening of our first day.

We spent our first night in Gratz, and took a bit of a stroll through the downtown that night. The hotel was great! The buildings and the city streets were perfectly illuminated...however, my night pictures didn't take very well! We ate dinner at a great little greek resturant where we all had wonderful dishes.

The next morning, we had a nice breakfast in the hotel and headed off to explore the city.

One of the first places we saw was the Kunsthaus! The locals call it the "friendly alien," and rightfully so! The building apears to be a large glazed blob on the street corner! It doesnt seem to fit within its context!
