Nesjavellir : I went to visit a friend in nesjavellir who was a cook at the prestigious 1 star Foss Hotel (motel) it’s located right by this geothermal plant which was making a loud wisle like noise when I visited, but once you hike behind the behind the plant, you get to this amayzing ¨blue river¨ which is just the perfect hot-tub tempeture(42 degrees C.), and even further was a little geyser spwewing hot water about 2 meters high, in a constant flow of sprays.

With a very natural setting, and sheeps grazing about, this was definitly a place worth seeing, but don’t look for it in the tourist books this is a behind the scene experience!
