Riding shotgun along the Huon Trail route, made several stops including Hastings Caves and the Tahune Forest Airwalk.

Hastings is a relatively small dolomite cave, where the tour guide was knowledgeable and funny.  ("Up there are some cave turnips...scientific name for them is...cave turnips."  "One of the best questions I received on a previous tour was, 'how many undiscovered caves are there?'")

The Tahune Forest Airwalk is a metal walkway that takes you among and above the timbers that Tasmania is famous for.  At an average height of about 30 meters (100 feet), the airwalk offers great views of Blackwood, Celery-top pine, Huon Pine, Leatherwood, Sassafras and Tasmanian Oak trees.
