So,  I love Munchen, I cant praise it enough.

Its so clean, the people are so friendly- maybe its due to the huge amount of beer gardens about...all in all, its a wonderful place.

Ah, Augustiner Edelstoff, my old friend...

We have been before, but this time we found somewhere new to hang out (aside from the Augustiner Edelstoff Brewery, Munich's oldest beer hall......Ah, Augustiner Edelstoff, my old friend)...The Englischer Garten!

Its an amazing and HUGE park area right in the city.

Its very cool, full of locals doing everything from playing bongos, to tightrope walking between trees, to surfing an endless wave (see photos), to sunbaking naked (sadly, no photos of this activity).

There is a really relaxed vibe in the Garten, with old and young just sitting around, and chilling out over the weekend.

Josh and I decided to do as the locals do, and so we layed in the sun, white skin gleaming, and for a time, it was bliss.
