Stop off in Henderson near Lafayette to take a swamp tour. See three alligators in the wild - from the safety of a tourist boat - then head back to shore for dinner in the tour base's restaurant which includes alligator. Jon says it tastes like chicken but Diane thinks it is more like squid.
