From Trip Around the World (well Almost) in Lake Louise, Canada on Jul 10 '06
Time to spend some time in the water, Lakes, Rivers and Falls. I hope they have turned up the thermostat.

Today we drove to Lake Louise and went for a hike. Well I went back to the guiding days; I took 4 of the group on a hike to the Plain of 6 Glaciers, plus the extension to the Victoria Glacier Lookout. So it was a nice hike of 14km, which had a vertical rise of 395m. After Dinner we went up to Tawakka Falls and took a few more photos, it is the highest falls in the Rockies at 380m.

Today we went White Water Rafting, it was great. We started at 11 and finished at 4pm with a short lunch break. The water was only 4°C but after getting wet it did not seem that cold. I fell once which was a great laugh for everyone. Then we went shopping for the next couple of day’s food and back to camp.
