We visited brussels for two days, arriving on sunday afternoon we headed to our hostel to do a few necessary thinhgs like washing ect, so our experiences of it didnt start until monday. However come monday we discovered that most of brussels is closed on a monday! All the museums were closed so we had to do site seeing instead. We saw the grand place and the mannekin pis fountain! (A little boy taking a wee!) We also went to a brewery and had a wander round and some free tasting. I have a newly discovered love of cherry beer! (and drank most of the bottle we bought despite Rich's protests!)

Brussels is badly signposted! so get a good map and dont follow the signs provided! We wasted a lot of time this way. We left brussels on tues afternoon but before we went, we visited the comic strip museum and musical instrument museum! Both good fun :)
