April 25, this time we stayed at Pearl of the Pacific. Boracay is a very hapenning place. The island is packed; I think thrice than before. It is still fun though. One reason why we keep going back is that  there's always something new here.

"D Mall" got bigger, it has a small ferris wheel in the middle. More food and more shops, and new supermarkets. It's just like you wanted to go to the beach but still there are things in the busy city you cant leave behind because you cant do without. There are also new hotels like the Boracay Regency which has a cool facade. A staircase with a Gong. And guess what there are several "Talipapa", so shopping is still in the list.

can't get enough

This time the people here are younger, hotter and yummier. hehe. There was much celebration of being young, lots of parties, and bands playing. It's more for the MTV crowd. And yes MTV was there to celebrate summer. We are a bit lucky to have the MTV concert just infront of our hotel. Imago, 6Cyclemind, Hale, etc performed plus and add on by Sandwich. It was I think midnight when it finished, after that Rina and I went for a swim at the pool. Then Zack of Imago passed by, gosh.Earlier I was contemplating to get my pic with him, but hey I dont have balls to do just that. I am just a simple girl with simple dreams. (bwaha-ha)

I was astonished, because when we went snorkling, there were guys selling food at sea. It's only in the Philippines you can find a guy selling coconut amidst your snorkling adventure. And guess what, he's body is too toned and he doesnt need to go to the gym. Imagine paddling back and forth several boats. We also got to buy ice cream there in the middle of the sea. Coool....

We went back to my favorite spot in Bora. Puka beach, imagine being alone in a wide beach, well, from time to time you'll be accompanied by locals who sell souvenirs. But it's cool. There's a girl and boy who I got to seat and talk with. I think they were the little kids who gave us small puka shells for souvenir 2 years ago.

I think why Boracay always gives me a light feeling is that, eventhough it's a bit congested during summer, the people who went there are light because they already left there troubles elsewhere.

As long as  there is a bright blue sky, cool clear waters and bright sun, Boracay will always be my favorite.

I didnt get so tanned this time, not like before. Boracay will always be synonymous to "Cool Hot Summer".

I thought I would find love in my favorite island, but I guess not. hehe. There's always a next time... hehe
