Believe it or not - we are going through security in London and all of a sudden a voice says "Brent, Ruth ?" There stood Jonathan and his family from Aldrich's who we say the previous afternoon at the store. This reminded me of when John Clise ran in to one of his customers years ago in the middle of nowhere; on one of our trips to Costa Rica with John and Pam.

We arrived in Milan in the afternoon and got a bus from Malapensa Airport to our hotel in Milan. The walk from the bus terminal was interesting, but not far, although when your a little lost its does seems far.

Off to Europe - A Celebration of Brent's 65th Birthday & Ruth's 60th Birthday

We stayed the night in a little hotel in Milan and had dinner at a "locals" Italian restaurant. We were starting to sense the jet-lag at this point and went to bed right after dinner.

Friday the 24th, we got the train from the same bus/train station we came in on the previous night. The walk back this morning was in the rain. We did fairly well with our "rollers" and a carrier on's. Going down the same street we discovered the night before, we continuously looked over our shoulder's for anyone ready to grab any of our stuff. We had been cautioned about thiefs and  kept our eye out, even for each other. Other than having thousands of people catching trains though we didn't have any problems.

Off to the train.
