The hills are alive with the sound of my off-key singing.

I love the Sound of Music. That being said, don't judge me. Today Katie and I are going on The Sound of Music tour and it is going to be awesome. And lucky me, Katie is also obsessed with the Sound of Music. We leave in a half an hour and they take us everywhere that is in the movie. It is a 4 hour tour if that says anthing. It will, by far, be the most touristy thing we do on this whole trip, but I'm ok with that. In fact, I can't wait!

Monday, after our wonderful hike in Interlaken, we had a beer at our huge hostel bar and then went to sleep in our 8 person dorm. The next day we took a whole lot of trains across all of Switzerland and then into Austria.

We found a compartment that wasn't occupied and took it over and stratched out to sleep through half the trip. A crowd of rowdy teen Austrians woke us up later, but that's ok.

We didn't eat lunch because train food is too expensive and we ran out of francs (Swiss money) before we could buy a sandwich or something to take on with us. So, by the time we got into the YoHo Hostel, (no unfortunately it isn't pirate themed) we were staving! We checked in, asked about good authintic food places and by 8:30 pm we were sitting in a local beer garden eating the most amazing dinner I think I have ever had.

Katie got wiener schnitzel (I tried it in Garmisch already) and I got chicken cordon bleu. With salad, potatos and the best beer I have had yet (and that is saying alot) we were in heaven. Once again it was a night of good food, good conversation and a whole new beautiful country.
