Friday morning I went to the Queen Victoria Markets for breakfast and got some dutch pancakes...and fell in love! Dutch pancakes are small 50 piece sized pancakes and are served with fresh whipped cream and/or ice cream and maple syrup and powdered sugar sprinkled on top. If had to eat one thing every day forever it would be that! The Dutch are so brilliant!

I met up with Jai and Nicki and we were soon picked up by the Penguin Parade tour bus.

Walking along the boardwalk watching the sunset with the beautiful views and a billion seagulls.

Our first stop was a winery. I was not very impressed with the selection there and didn't get anything. Then it was off to a wildlife park where we saw baby emus, baby kangaroos and the cutest baby koala!

Finally onto Phillip Island our first stop was beautiful Cape Woolamai. We spent about 10 minutes here. It was way too cold and windy to even think about getting in the water.

Next stop was the Nobbies, where the fur seals hang out on Seal Rocks. Walking along the boardwalk watching the sunset with the beautiful views and a billion seagulls.

Soon we were off to get our seats for the Penguin Parade. We visited the Penguin complex and learned all about the little penguins and bought souveniers. It wasn't as cold on the beach as I expected, which was lucky since I was very unprepared with just a light long sleeve shirt and a light jumper.

It took awhile once the sun had set for the little guys to start coming out of the water. It was quite comical to watch! They are very unsure of things and dive in and out of the water deciding on whether or not to start walking up the beach to their homes. They get into little groups and make the jouney up the beach. A bunch walked right past where we were sitting. They are absolutely adorable waddling up the beach as fast as they can and stumbling over at times.

After the Penguin Parade was over we went and had dinner at a pizza place. The pizza was really nice and Jai had bought some nice wine. The best pizza was the spaghetti pizza. I'm very disappointed in mysefl for not thinking up this combination before! It was yummy!

We headed back into Melbourne and quick change and caught up with everyone else at a bar called Loop. It was a cool, packed, dark place and I met the rest of Munni's friends that had come down for the weekend. After ringing in Munni's Bday at midnight we headed off to ffour for some R&B and dancing! About 3am it was time for bed.
