My first REAL vacation

In a nutshell, this is what we did in Puerto Rico... Sat. - arrived in San Juan, rented car, drove to Old San Juan and walked around.  Drove to my aunt's who we were staying with, 2 hours south to Guanica.

Sun. - Went to visit my dad's family abotu 20 minutes away from mu aunt's place

Mon. - Rained all day so we went to the mall with aunt & uncle, did a little shopping!

Tues. - Drove up towards San Juan, toured the Bacardi distillery in Catano, drove to Old San Juan and watched the Le Lo Lai festival in the San Cristobal Fort, went back down south to Aunt's.

Wed. - Too tired to stick to original itinerary, so we took advantage of beautiful weather and went to the beach.

Thurs. - Drove to El Yunque - National rain forest.  Got lost, spent less time there than in car.  Had dinner in the area, drove back down south and stopped in Ponce center on the way.

Fri. - Spent whole day with Dad's family again.  Uncle slaughtered a duck for Daniel to experience.  We had duck stew that night with white rice.

Sat. - Drove back up to San Juan, returned the rental car, checked into airport, went home.
