Day 5

Hello everyone!  This posting is a bit late.  Yesterday was more of a leisurely kind of day.  Turns out there is not too much to see in Garmisch.  I hung out at the park for a good portion of the day updating my journal that I had been neglecting for a day or so.  I walked around town and checked out some of the shops.  Freuhling fest (not sure if that is the correct spelling) is going on right now so there was a bunch of booths and tents set up.  I visited the thrift store by Hannah's.  Found a cool piece of pottery.

I met Hannah at the "Local Cure" bar where I had a very good hamburger, fries and a beer.  While I was sitting waiting for Hannah to get off of work I had the best view of the mountains from where I was sitting.  Actually the mountains pretty much surround this area.  I don't think anything else happened.
